Citigroup Inc. seeks an AI Adoption & Commercialization Senior Lead to own the vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes of AI solutions across clusters and countries, driving client value and internal agility at scale.

Sitting within Platforms and Data Services, this role will drive adoption, training, KPI management, and collaboration with product, ops, tech, and central AI teams to scale AI initiatives globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management, Adoption and commercialization experience, with 3+ years AI experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, analytics or Sales and commercialization.
• Strong analytical thinking to evaluate data, identify patterns and inform decisions.
• Broad experience across payments, cards, liquidity, trade, product development and data analytics.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented and agile environment with ownership and self-drive.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and commercialization of enterprise AI tools across Citi Services.
• Educate stakeholders on AI use case value and secure alignment and investment.
• Define and track KPIs per use case, cluster and country.
• Build dashboards and reporting cadences translating AI investment into board narratives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations to generate and execute use cases.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and control frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional swat teams to develop relevant AI use cases.
