Qualifications

• Strong SDLC background and hands-on work with modern tech stack (Python, Java, React, Angular, Postgres, MongoDB, Oracle).
• DevOps practices, RPA familiarity, and AI/ML tooling knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to present AI value to technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business requirements and AI-enabled technical solutions for data and digital initiatives.
• Design and architect applications with AI/ML enhancements for scalability and automation.
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions like RPA and predictive analytics.
• Manage end-to-end delivery including scoping, planning, and quality management.
• Monitor SLAs, optimize processes with AI-powered analytics to reduce costs.
• Collaborate with business and IT to identify AI opportunities and translate into solutions.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder management for projects.
• Lead and mentor teams in emerging AI technologies and effective coordination.
