Citigroup Inc. in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Senior AI Delivery Manager (C14) to direct delivery and portfolio management for AI initiatives.

You will orchestrate the Book of Work, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure compliance with Citi's risk and model governance policies for secure AI deployment. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in program/project management focusing on AI/ML and Generative AI projects, with hands-on Python coding and leadership

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in program/project management delivering complex AI/ML and Generative AI projects in a corporate setting.
Hands-on coding with Python and updating/developing code.
5+ years of leadership managing cross-functional delivery teams or large-scale technology programs.
Deep understanding of AI-based Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), including model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior executives and partners.
Experience delivering AI projects from concept to production using traditional AI, generative AI, and LLMs.
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and frameworks (LLMs, LangChain, Google ADK, Vector Databases, RAG).
Knowledge of risk, compliance, and model governance policies within the financial industry and Citi policies.
Expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and program management tools (Jira, Confluence).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead AI Delivery and Portfolio Management: Direct delivery of AI initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and commitments.
Partner in Product Development (AI-PDLC): Define roadmaps, release plans, and milestones with product leads.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with AI Tech Group Manager, development team, and product leads.
Stakeholder and Program Management: Build relationships with senior stakeholders and provide status reports.
Risk, Compliance, and Model Governance: Ensure adherence to Citi risk, information security, and model governance policies.
Drive Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Improve delivery processes and accelerate time-to-market.
