Qualifications

2+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
Experience translating business needs into technical specs and data mappings.
Proficiency with SQL queries and data validation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Liaise between business users and technology teams to exchange information clearly.
Translate requirements into technical specifications, data maps and diagrams.
Consult with users to solve complex system issues and recommend solutions.
Perform data analysis and troubleshoot backend systems using SQL queries.
Support change management from requirements through implementation.
Ensure risk and compliance considerations are integrated into technology decisions.
Communicate risks and impacts to stakeholders with transparency.
