Job summary

Citi in Jersey City, NJ seeks an IT Business Senior Analyst (Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Solutions) to bridge business needs with AI/GenAI engineering on the front lines of implementation.

You will translate BRDs into technical specs for data scientists and ML engineers, drive end-to-end AI deployments, develop custom scripts, mentor analysts, and manage model risk and data privacy. This role requires collaboration and proactive adaptability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, systems integration, or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI technologies, LLMs, and ML workflows.
• Programming experience (Python, SQL, or R) to facilitate customization and troubleshooting.
• Experience with data analysis and Microsoft Office; data science knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
• Support end-to-end AI implementation and integration with existing systems.
• Develop custom scripts, integrations, or workflows for AI apps.
• Troubleshoot model integration issues and analyze business processes.
• Gather feedback to guide the AI product roadmap and advocate for users.
