Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in business analysis or IT liaison roles.
• Experience with data analysis and intermediate/advanced MS Office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and work under pressure with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Formulate system scope and objectives and bridge business leaders with IT.
• Consult with users to analyze processes and propose solutions.
• Support change processes from requirements to implementation.
• Determine system specifications and provide user support.
• Identify risks and communicate business impact of technology use.
• Act as advisor to junior analysts and work as a team to meet objectives.
• Operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment.
• Escalate and manage control issues with transparency.
