Citi is building the next generation of AI-powered financial products across its global Services business. We seek a VP-level Data and AI Solutions Manager to drive use-case selection, design, and delivery for Investor Services clients.

You will own end-to-end AI use cases, co-create products with enterprise clients, and lead market intelligence to translate signals into actionable programmes. Expect autonomous execution with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

6+ years of Solutions and/or Product management experience.
Delivery of large-scale, technology-led products.
Experience with Data Solutions, APIs and Cloud Data Sharing.
3+ years of external client-facing experience.
Deep understanding of AI concepts, model risk, governance.
Strong stakeholder management in a global organisation.
Background in financial services domain (Payments, Investor Services, or Capital Markets).
Excellent verbal and written communication across exec, technical and client audiences.

Responsibilities

Client-facing AI products: scope and deliver AI capabilities creating differentiated client value.
Engage enterprise clients to validate solutions, gather requirements and co-create products.
Define go-to-market plans for AI products and manage full lifecycle from prototype to launch.
Stakeholder management and global delivery across Sales, Tech, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Legal.
