• Proven leadership and mentoring of Business Analysts.
• Experience with API-based integrations and enterprise architecture concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise business analysis and transformation across Retail Banking programs.
• Partner with business, product, operations, architecture, and tech stakeholders to define strategic solutions.
• Drive acceptance criteria, backlog, and release planning in Agile/hybrid models.
• Manage requirements across multiple releases and dependencies.
• Champion AI-enabled tools to improve BA effectiveness.
• Lead governance, budgeting, and program estimation activities.
