Job summary

Compass seeks a Lead, Inventory Product, Data & Ops to own testing and validation of inventory products across MLS, agent platforms, and brand sites. You will build AI-driven testing, govern test plans, and coordinate offshore teams to ensure compliance with seller instructions and MLS rules.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product operations, business or technical operations
• Hands-on experience vibe coding, stress testing, deploying AI automations
• Fluency in PRDs, APIs, and data feeds; understands release cycles
• Experience directing offshore/vendor teams and setting a quality bar
• Strong data skills: SQL and BI tools like Looker or Tableau
• Documenting and building trackers, SOPs, and tests for teams
• Real estate brokerage, MLS, or proptech experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA testing and quality validation across MLS, agent platform, and portals
• Build and maintain testing practices: test plans, scenarios, and readouts
• Coordinate offshore testing teams and manage expectations
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering on feature releases and test coverage
• Organize test readouts and prioritize defects by business impact
• Track defects to resolution and validate fixes in production
• Apply AI to testing, including automated checks and secret shopping
• Validate product readiness before agents reach the market
• Document automation so teams can audit and maintain it
• Maintain records of product behavior and MLS rule interpretations
