Job summary

Compass International Holdings seeks a Lead, Inventory Product, Data & Ops to ensure inventory software works reliably across brands, and to rework how that work is done with AI. You will join a hybrid team, collaborating with Product and Engineering, and you will be AI-first by default.

You will own testing, validation, documentation, and governance, enabling scalable, auditable processes while measuring hours saved and error rates. Apply robust QA and AI skills daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in product operations, QA, or technical ops in a tech-driven setting.
• Ability to define test plans, scenario coverage, and defect readouts.
• Experience directing offshore or vendor testing teams and coordinating cross-functional partners.
• Hands-on experience with AI automations and production-ready workflows.
• Strong data skills and familiarity with BI tools and data feeds.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA testing and quality validation across MLS, agent platform, and portals.
• Develop and maintain testing practices: plans, libraries, criteria; standardize tests.
• Coordinate offshore testing teams and align with Product & Engineering on releases.
• Design tests from requirements, covering brands, markets, MLS rules, and seller instructions.
• Organize test readouts, prioritize defects, and report to directors and stakeholders.
• Track defects to resolution and confirm fixes via regression testing.
• Apply AI to testing, generating scenario coverage and automations.
• Validate product readiness for launches and ensure compliance with MLS terms.
