Job summary

Cin7 is a fast-growing global software company helping product sellers manage inventory across multiple channels worldwide. We are expanding and seeking a motivated Product Manager with AI experience to connect users with engineering and turn AI opportunities into trusted features for inventory management and order fulfillment.

You will interview customers, study competitors, and collaborate with UX, security, and leadership to decide which AI capabilities to build, define requirements, and

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
• Hands-on experience shipping at least one product or feature that uses AI/ML, including large language models.
• Understanding of prompts, model selection, evaluation, accuracy, and data quality.
• Awareness of AI risks including incorrect answers, bias, privacy, and cost, and how to mitigate them.
• Proven track record of managing a product through its full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Turn business goals into clear software requirements.
• Identify AI use cases for Core (forecasting, data entry, search, automation).
• Rank features based on market research, customer need, and strategy.
• Define how to build, test, and monitor AI features with engineering.
• Set success metrics (accuracy, time saved, adoption) and track post-launch.
