Compass is seeking a Program Manager of Inventory Strategy & Enablement to own national programs that increase inventory on the platform. You will design, pilot, and rollout programs across brands and regions, creating playbooks, talk tracks, training, and field-ready materials to drive agent behavior and inventory growth.

You will own end-to-end project lifecycle, establish frameworks, manage risks, and align with senior leadership to deliver scalable, measurable impact across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, strategy, operations, GTM, or enablement in a technology-driven environment.
• A track record of building and scaling programs that produced measurable behavior change.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to define metrics and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the national inventory strategy across brands and regions.
• Design programs that drive behavior change and habit formation among agents.
• Translate product capability into adoption strategy for field teams.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of adoption initiatives from ideation to national rollout.
• Build standardized project management frameworks to scale program delivery.
