Job summary

Compass seeks a Lead, Inventory Product, Data & Ops to own QA testing, validation, and AI-driven automation across inventory programs, ensuring correctness from agent platforms to MLS and brand portals. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, and offshore teams to design tests before launches and to document processes and results.

This is a hybrid role serving national scale with AI-first ambitions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product operations or related field.
• Hybrid business-technical mindset.
• Experience leading offshore teams.
• Experience designing and running structured QA or UAT programs.
• Strong data skills: SQL and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• QA testing and validation across inventory products.
• Develop testing plans and readouts; define criteria.
• Coordinate offshore testing teams and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering on feature release testing.
• Document automation and governance; track defects to resolution.
