Job summary

Compass is seeking a Program Manager of Inventory Strategy & Enablement to own national programs that drive inventory on the platform. You will design, pilot, and roll out adoption initiatives across brands and regions, creating playbooks, talk tracks, and training that turn strategy into repeatable agent behavior.

You will build scalable frameworks, align with product and marketing, and manage risk while delivering measurable outcomes across a multi-brand organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, strategy, operations, GTM, or enablement in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of building and scaling programs that produced measurable behavior change, with the numbers to show it.
• PM/Agile certification is a strong plus (PMP, Agile/Scrum).
• Data-driven mindset with ability to define metrics and track results.
• Strong writer and presenter who can translate strategy into field-ready materials.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders.
• Experience in real estate brokerage, SaaS, or multi-brand organizations is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle of adoption initiatives, from ideation to national rollout.
• Build standardized project management frameworks and playbooks to scale delivery.
• Lead readiness paths: schedules, assets, training, and field readiness before launches.
• Keep programs aligned to inventory growth, agent productivity, and retention.
• Establish risk management and resolve bottlenecks across workstreams.
• Design and launch field enablement: decks, talk tracks, and seller collateral.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Academy to ensure effective adoption.
• Translate field feedback into actionable insights for partner teams.
• Define success metrics and report on them; surface patterns and opportunities to leadership.
• Influence brand and regional leadership on inventory priorities across a multi-brand setup.
