Job summary

Compass is seeking a Program Manager of Inventory Strategy & Enablement to own national programs that increase inventory across the platform. You’ll design and pilot adoption initiatives, roll them out across brands, and create the playbooks, training, and materials that turn strategy into real listings.

This is a builder and operator role: you’ll scale programs, define milestones, and partner with Brand Leadership, Product, Marketing, and regional teams to drive inventory growth and agent

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, strategy, operations, GTM, or enablement in a technology-driven environment.
• Track record of building and scaling programs that produced measurable behavior change, with data to show it.
• Mastery of project management methodologies and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Own national strategy to drive inventory onto the platform across agent segments and brands.
• Design programs that create behavior change and habit formation for listing agreements.
• Translate product capability into adoption strategy and partner with cross-functional teams.
