Job summary

OneDigital seeks an experienced Internal Communications Manager to partner with People & Culture and senior leaders. You will craft strategic, AI-enhanced communications that inform, connect, and engage employees across channels.

Lead calendars, create emails, intranet content, and town hall materials while guiding managers with context and talking points. Focus on empathetic, employee-centered messaging during change, measure outcomes, and collaborate with branding for consistency.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, or a related HR/People function.
• Demonstrated experience supporting HR/benefits, learning & development, recruiting and talent programs.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with adaptable tone for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with proactive, organized approach.
• Experience designing communication strategies for organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a proactive thought partner to People & Culture and senior leaders with consultative recommendations.
• Build and manage 30–90 day communication calendars across internal channels.
• Produce assets: email campaigns, intranet content, video scripts, town halls, manager toolkits.
• Apply AI tools strategically while maintaining editorial judgment and quality control.
• Lead change communications and tailor messaging to various stakeholder groups.
• Measure impact with surveys, feedback loops, open rates, and comprehension indicators.
