Job summary

MERGE is seeking an experienced internal communications leader to shape and execute its strategy. You will own leadership updates, all-hands, town halls, and key corporate announcements to ensure clear, unified messaging across the organization.

You will manage intranet, email, newsletters, and collaboration platforms, coach executives with talking points and templates, and apply change-management frameworks and AI-powered tools to scale impact while preserving a human voice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal or corporate communications.
• Proven track record leading employee communications in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in corporate communications and change management, incl. M&A and platform migrations.
• Experience managing intranet, email, newsletters, and collaboration platforms.
• Fluency with change-management frameworks.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to coach senior leaders with discretion.
• Data-driven approach to measuring communication effectiveness.
• Interest in how AI reshapes communications.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run MERGE’s internal communications strategy.
• Own leadership updates, all-hands, and town halls, organizational announcements, and regular internal communications.
• Manage intranet, email, newsletters, and collaboration platforms
• Lead communications for high-stakes corporate initiatives
• Apply change-management frameworks to digital integrations and structural shifts
• Coach executives and managers with talking points, toolkits, templates, and FAQs
• Handle confidential and time-sensitive announcements
• Align internal and external messaging across business units
• Write and oversee executive messaging, leadership emails, intranet updates, newsletters, town-hall presentations, video scripts, and success stories
• Monitor, analyze, and report on communication performance
• Set goals, mentor team members and partners, and advise agency leaders
• Use AI to scale and sharpen communications while preserving a human voice
