Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global communication plans, ensuring alignment across time zones and diverse audiences.
• Create and edit engaging content for newsletters, recognition programs, and platforms like SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage.
• Partner with leadership to deliver executive communications and support organizational messaging initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, branding, and recognition programs that foster connection and team culture.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within supply chain or a business operations environment.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing communication plans for global audiences.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage and experience using AI for communication automation.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Experience managing multiple priorities with exceptional organization and time management.
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging campaigns and recognition programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
