Job summary

Uniphore is seeking a strategic communicator to lead internal events, executive-ready content and internal communications that connect employees to our strategy, priorities and culture. This hands-on, cross-functional role uses AI-enabled tools to drive polished experiences and consistent messaging across companywide meetings, intranet programs and town halls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or eight years of related experience.
• 5+ years in internal/corporate communications, content development or event management.
• Strong storytelling, writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of internal events (in-person, virtual, hybrid).
• Create executive-ready content across decks, emails and communications materials.
• Manage intranet/knowledge base content and governance, and track KPIs.
