Bandwidth in Raleigh, NC is seeking an innovative Internal Applications Engineer to design, develop, and deploy automation workflows, AI-powered tools, and API integrations that keep our operations running smoothly.

You will work across the stack with React and FastAPI, connect CRM and IT systems, help build data pipelines into Snowflake, and apply AI tooling to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience with REST API integrations and platforms.
• Familiarity with AI development tools and testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and automate processes using AI and workflow platforms.
• Build internal tooling with React and FastAPI.
• Integrate systems using CRM platforms, ServiceNow, and automation tools.
• Support data pipelines landing data into Snowflake.
• Utilize AI platforms and LLM APIs to create AI-powered solutions.
• Test, gather feedback, and iterate implementations.
