Responsibilities

Map workflows and replace manual handoffs with automations.
Build automations linking project management, CRM, ad platforms, file storage, and communications.
Develop internal tools to cut recurring manual work across teams.
Ensure reliability through monitoring, error handling, and documentation.
Build data pipelines from ad platforms, analytics, call tracking, and client systems.
Automate recurring client and internal reporting to replace spreadsheets.
Pilot AI tools with clear success criteria and benchmarks.
Document AI standards for regulated healthcare data (PHI).
Support creative operations with asset routing and formatting automation.
