Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth practice, leading architecture strategy for large-scale insurance modernization programs. You will guide target-state architectures, evaluate platforms, and oversee implementation while leveraging AI and cloud technologies.

You will work with client executives and multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable business value, with travel as needed and a focus on Life & Annuity modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large transformations.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain including product development and servicing.
• Experience with policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, DXC LifePro, etc.).
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures using APIs and modern patterns.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience leading architecture governance and multi-disciplinary delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large insurance programs.
• Define scalable, secure architectures for business, data, integration, and technology.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end architecture across core platforms, cloud, data, and analytics.
• Lead governance boards and align with enterprise standards and risk controls.
• Mentor architecture professionals and contribute to practice growth.
