Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join our Life Insurance Transformation practice to lead architecture strategy and modernization for large-scale insurance programs.

You will guide target-state designs, evaluate platforms, and drive implementation execution while leveraging AI capabilities to accelerate business value and operational efficiency. This role reports to the BTG practice and involves cross-functional collaboration across onshore/offshore delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large insurance programs.
• Advise executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure architectures across business, data, integration, and technology domains.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions to improve business outcomes and customer experience.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across core platforms, cloud, data, and analytics.
