Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth practice to architect and modernize insurance ecosystems. You will lead architecture strategy, design target states, and drive modernization initiatives leveraging AI and cloud technologies for measurable business value.

You will mentor teams, engage executives, and ensure governance across data, applications, and security while expanding solutions in Life Insurance and Group Benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large programs.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain and PAS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large insurance programs.
• Advise executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure architectures across business, data, and integrations.
• Promote AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end architecture for core platforms, cloud, data, and analytics.
