Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice to lead architecture strategy and solution design for large-scale insurance modernization programs. You will guide target-state architectures, evaluate platforms, and oversee implementation while leveraging AI capabilities and cloud technologies.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and drive measurable business value through architecture governance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Lead on large transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain and PAS platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures using APIs and modern patterns.
• Cloud knowledge (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale programs.
• Advise executives on technology investments and platform strategies.
• Define scalable, secure architectures across business, data, integration, and technology domains.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across core platforms, cloud, data, and analytics.
• Provide governance and oversight for data architecture, migration, and analytics.
