EY is seeking a Manager in the Business Transformation & Growth practice to shape and modernize complex insurance architectures for major clients. You will lead architecture strategy, target-state designs, and scalable platforms while guiding teams through transformation programs leveraging AI capabilities and cloud technologies.
You’ll partner with client executives to prioritize investments, set roadmaps, and ensure governance, security, and regulatory alignment across multi-disciplinary
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
- 5+ years of experience within Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits
- Experience serving as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large transformation programs.
- Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain and key processes.
- Experience with one or more policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro).
- Experience designing enterprise integration architectures with APIs and modern patterns.
- Cloud architecture knowledge (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Experience leading architecture governance and technical decision forums.

- Advise executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
- Define scalable, secure, future-ready architectures for business, apps, data, and integration.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across core platforms, cloud, integrations, and data.
- Define enterprise AI architecture strategies leveraging GenAI, ML, automation, and analytics.
- Establish architecture patterns, standards, and integration frameworks for APIs and cloud-native solutions.
- Oversee data architecture, migration, reporting, analytics, and MDM initiatives.
- Lead architecture governance, review boards, and decision-making aligned to standards.
