Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join our Business Transformation & Growth practice to help clients architect and modernize their business and technology ecosystems. You will lead architecture strategy, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and drive AI-enabled modernization initiatives to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience serving as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Architect on large transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain incl. product development, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, billing, claims, and distribution.
• Experience with policy administration platforms including FAST (Verisk), FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or similar PAS.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures using APIs, middleware, event-driven solutions, and modern integration patterns.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture principles and platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience leading architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making forums.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across onshore/offshore delivery models.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Experience developing architecture deliverables, technology roadmaps, and transformation strategies.

• Advise client executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures across business, application, data, integration, and technology domains.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across core platforms, cloud technologies, integrations, data, analytics, and enterprise applications.
