Job summary

apexanalytix seeks a Learning and Development Intern to be onsite five days a week, driving instructional design across internal and client programs. You will work with SMEs to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions that boost product proficiency and performance.

You will leverage tools like Articulate 360 and Iorad, embrace generative AI, and translate complex concepts into engaging content while upholding confidentiality and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, HR, Education, Psychology or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and apply new concepts and technology quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Experience with e-learning or instructional design is a plus.
• Comfort working with sensitive information and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal and client-facing e-learning courses to boost proficiency.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess learning needs.
• Design, develop, implement and evaluate learning solutions.
• Utilize authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Iorad to create content.
• Support learning projects and contribute to AI-enabled content creation.
