Engrain seeks an Implementation Specialist to bridge client vision and technical execution, managing plan, scope, and delivery for TouchTour projects. You will coordinate schedules, resources, and communications, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes exceed expectations.

You will work with AI-enabled workflows, QA processes, and cross-functional teams to drive product evolution, gather client feedback, and deliver polished project results in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years in project management.
• Experience: at least 1 year using AI tools daily for work responsibilities.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient with CRM, CMS, and PM systems.
• AI Literacy: Experience using AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Problem Solving: Adept at solving problems under pressure.
• Tech Savvy: Able to understand new tech platforms and UX/UI implications.
• Client Focus: Drive for high client satisfaction and prioritizing requests by severity.

Responsibilities

• Project Orchestration: Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Resource Coordination: Direct and coordinate activities across departments.
• AI-Enhanced Workflows: Use AI tools to draft communications and summarize meetings.
• Quality Assurance: Proofread content and test technology before launch.

• Strategic Reporting: Maintain dashboards and status reports for transparency.
• Product Evolution: Work with developers to create new features from client feedback.
