Job summary

Applause is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to drive AI adoption across its teams. You will build and maintain a monthly roadmap of AI-powered workflows, then implement them by standing up tools and wiring integrations into core systems.

You’ll train the team, track usage and ROI, and report progress to the CTO. This is a builder role that requires hands-on execution and strong collaboration with the CTO and Chief Architect to scale AI across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in AI/LLM implementation or related hands-on technical role.
• Able to write/modify code for simple internal business apps; production-grade code not required.
• Experience building integrations or automations with tools like Zapier, Make, or APIs.

Responsibilities

• AI Workflow Roadmap & Delivery: Build a monthly roadmap of AI workflows to design and ship, prioritized by productivity or cost impact, for every department (except Product and Engineering).
• Systems & Integrations: Support system implementations for AI tools and connect them into core business systems.
• Adoption, Training & ROI: Train teams, track adoption, and report monthly ROI to the CTO.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with the CTO and Chief Architect to execute AI initiatives and governance.
