Job summary

Human Agency is seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to bridge field operations with cutting‑edge contech solutions. You will shadow jobsites, capture expert knowledge, and translate insights into product and venture studio opportunities.

You will coach field teams on AI-enabled workflows, identify high‑leverage use cases, and communicate technology bets to leadership with a practitioner’s perspective.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction or field operations
• Strong understanding of contech landscape and players
• AI workflows and tooling experience beyond basic usage
• Excellent communication across executives and field teams

Responsibilities

• Map real field workflows by shadowing project engineers and superintendents
• Capture tacit knowledge and codify it into actionable briefs for product
• Build a living knowledge base of construction tech gaps and workflows
• Evaluate tech options against real jobsite needs and provide fit assessments
• Brief leadership on trends, opportunities, and investment bets with a practitioner view
• Partner with venture studio to shape tech roadmap and opportunities
