Job summary

Engrain seeks an Implementation Specialist to plan, coordinate, and implement TouchTour projects, bridging client vision and technical execution. You’ll report to the Customer Experience Manager and work in a highly collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes project management, AI-enabled workflows, and cross-functional coordination within a hybrid Greenwood Village team. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management experience.
• At least 1 year using AI tools daily for work responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with CRM, CMS, and project management systems.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to draft content.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project resources across departments.
• Utilize AI tools to draft project communications and summaries.
• Proofread content, review design, and test technology before launch.
• Assist clients with daily challenges and provide scalable solutions.
