Job summary

G MASS Consulting is seeking a Client Implementation Project Manager for a Financial Market Infrastructure client. The role covers end-to-end delivery from initiation through to production, leveraging no-code tools and close collaboration with project managers, solution designers, and internal technical teams.

You will own client implementations, coordinate data handling, testing, go-live and handover, and explore AI-driven improvements in implementation processes.

Qualifications

• Strong client facing communication skills across calls and presentations.
• Solid understanding of Financial Services and market infrastructure.
• Change management or project delivery experience with a structured approach.
• Comfort with FIX, XML, or CSV and ability to learn no-code configuration tools.
• Genuine interest in AI technologies, including prompt engineering or AI agents.
• Ability to map and document detailed workflows.
• Degree in CS or related field is a plus; equivalent practical experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge across applications through structured training.
• Work with delivery team and cross-functional partners.
• Configure connectivity and integration using no-code tools and align data handling with technical designs.
• Manage configuration and reference data across test and production environments.
• Own client implementation projects end to end from initiation to production.
• Lead client testing and take ownership of issue diagnosis and resolution.
• Manage go-live and hand over to ongoing support.
• Maintain project documentation and track risk and progress.
• Identify ways to bring AI and automation into implementation processes.
• Act as a technical escalation point for project types and participate in retrospectives.
