VTS is hiring an Associate Implementation Manager in New York, NY. This entry-level role sits in a fast-moving implementation team, supporting clients and internal teams through onboarding, approvals, and early adoption.

You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Support, applying AI-first tools to streamline data collection and automate workflows to drive timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role designed for fast growth and taking on responsibility.
• Experience with AI or automation tools is a plus.
• Comfort with data, spreadsheets, and basic modeling.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to achieve client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive efficiency with AI by automating data collection and workflows.
• Partner on projects to plan, schedule, and manage timelines from kickoff to go-live.
• Handle varied scope across data onboarding and implementation plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Support.
• Develop toward client mastery and contribute to VTS best practices.
