Job summary

Red Ventures is seeking an Associate AI Product Manager within RV Growth Tech in New York, NY. You’ll work at the intersection of product, data, AI, and business strategy, gaining exposure to the Growth Operating System and proprietary data, AI agents, and workflows.

In the first two years you’ll rotate across the full product lifecycle, collaborating with teammates to deliver outcomes, while building judgment to make strong product decisions in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in PM, DS, CS, or engineering.
• Experience accessing, manipulating, and analyzing data from multiple sources with SQL or Python.
• Hands-on with ML or generative AI to build working solutions.
• Strong product judgment and ability to turn data into business decisions.
• Problem-solving with hypotheses and clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own scoped problems end to end with data-driven recommendations.
• Shape features and experiences by defining requirements with the team.
• Build and ship solutions with data, code, and agents.
• Run experiments to improve KPIs and synthesize results.
• Contribute to the Growth Operating System to reuse tools.
