Job summary

Red Ventures is hiring an Associate AI Product Manager to bridge product, AI, and business strategy in New York. You’ll own end-to-end problems, shape features with clear requirements, and collaborate with teams to deliver data-driven solutions using agents and reusable workflows.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle, learning to deploy, measure, and iterate while leveraging AI capabilities for scalable customer growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with graduation Winter 2026 or Summer 2027.
• Hands-on data analysis using SQL or Python to derive insights.
• Experience applying ML or generative AI to build working solutions.
• Strong product judgment and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to translate data and feedback into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own scoped problems end to end from problem to impact.
• Shape features and experiences with clear requirements.
• Build and ship data-driven solutions with agents and workflows.
• Run experiments to improve KPIs and synthesize learnings.
• Contribute to Growth Operating System using reusable tools.
