Job summary

Numeric is seeking an Implementations Associate in New York or San Francisco to configure customer workspaces, connect ERPs, and run onboarding trainings that move clients from contract to live in the product.

You’ll join a team of accountants turned builders, working with NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Xero, to map close processes to AI-powered workflows. This is an entry path toward Implementations Manager with a heavy focus on accuracy, collaboration, and fast value delivery.

Qualifications

• Accounting foundations with fluency in the monthly close and reconciliations.
• Detail-oriented, precise with data; able to ensure everything ties out.

Responsibilities

• Configure customer workspaces, AI-assisted configuration, and create close checklists.
• Connect ERP integrations (NetSuite) and sub-ledger connections; troubleshoot issues and validate data.
• Deliver onboarding trainings and live reconciliation walkthroughs to customers.
• Manage implementation workstreams like projects, keep dashboards up to date, and escalate blockers.
• Grow into more technical surface areas and pursue path to Implementations Manager.
• Write KB articles, templates, and train AI agents to automate repetitive tasks.
