Atonom is seeking an Associate AI Implementation Specialist to work with senior team members on configuring, deploying, and optimizing AI Cloud Employees for customers in a hands-on role. You will learn quickly by working directly with clients and see the impact of your work from day one.

You don’t need years of experience—curiosity, technical aptitude, and the drive to figure things out are valued as you contribute to AI workflows and internal playbooks.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent self-taught experience.
• Technically curious with tinkering experience in APIs, scripting, or AI tools.
• Familiar with LLMs and prompt engineering beyond basic ChatGPT use.
• Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
• Self-directed with low ego; asks good questions and learns quickly.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy AI Cloud Employees for customers with guidance from senior specialists.
• Join client calls to understand business needs and translate into AI workflows—prompt design, multi-step automations, QA checks.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues, identify root causes, and resolve them.
• Document solutions and build internal playbooks to scale knowledge with customers.
• Surface product feedback to Engineering and Product teams.
