Related is seeking a Project Coordinator, AI Implementation to drive successful AI initiatives across the organization in a full-time role based in New York. You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to keep AI programs organized, on schedule, and effectively communicated.

The position offers discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, with a base salary anticipated around $100,000+.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination or operations support.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to build relationships across departments and teams.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
• Experience with change management or user adoption is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Experience with prompt and context engineering in AI tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities supporting AI implementation initiatives.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and track action items.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and status reports.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate communications between stakeholders and business partners.
• Organize and maintain project templates, training materials, and resources.
• Support AI demonstrations, trainings, and user adoption activities.
• Prepare leadership-ready presentations and project updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination and processes.
