Job summary

Deloitte United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead an AI-enabled workforce transformation across HR, technology and business strategy. You will orchestrate complex programmes, drive stakeholder alignment, and champion best practices from scoping to delivery.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading HR transformation initiatives across process optimisation, technology implementation, organisational design, data management and change management.
Proven track record delivering large-scale HR transformation programmes with measurable business impact.
Strong understanding of AI, automation and digital technologies shaping work and employee experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver HR transformation programmes spanning process, technology and operating model changes.
Partner with HR, IT, Risk, Finance and Procurement to ensure aligned delivery within controlled scope.
Champion project governance, best practices and stakeholder engagement across senior leadership.
Develop business cases with clear benefits, measurable outcomes and adoption plans.
Drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across HR workstreams.
