We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Senior Programme Manager to lead and deliver our AI-enabled workforce transformation agenda.
This role sits at the intersection of people, technology and business strategy, leading complex programmes that redefine how work is performed, how organisations are structured, and how value is unlocked through AI, automation and emerging technologies.
Working across HR, Technology, Data and Business leadership teams, you will orchestrate multiple strategic workstreams spanning AI adoption, workforce planning, work redesign, operating model transformation, digital capability development, organisational effectiveness, culture change and employee experience.
The successful candidate will possess a demonstrable track record of delivering complex change initiatives within highly matrixed organisations. This individual will play a pivotal role in championing best practice from project and programme scoping through to successful implementation in an increasingly AI-enabled environment.
Leveraging strong analytical skills, you will proactively identify and address process gaps, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimisation. Building and nurturing strong relationships across HR, Enabling Functions (IT, Risk, Procurement, Finance, etc.), and the wider organisation will be paramount. This role will partner closely with HR leadership to spearhead critical projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery. Exceptional stakeholder management skills are essential, including the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, secure strategic alignment, and drive successful outcomes.
This individual will play a pivotal role in driving impactful change across our HR function, leveraging their deep programme leadership expertise to deliver tangible business benefits.
