Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in UK employment law including contracts, policy, compliance.
• Demonstrable AI adoption: built, automated, or shipped.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, right-to-work checks, and references.
• Policy & compliance: keep the handbook current with UK employment law.
• Performance & comp cycles: run reviews, benchmarking, promotions with clean data.
• People data: headcount, attrition, comp, tenure—real reporting, not vibes.
• International: manage contractors and employees across markets, EOR arrangements.
