Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Reinvention Consultant to lead and shape how organizations reinvent HR in the digital age. You will define, shape, sell and execute HR reinvention projects that integrate digital solutions, automation, and organization optimization, driving improved talent management, engagement, and workforce planning across client partnerships.

You will collaborate with executives to design operating models, analytics-driven value cases, and end-to-end delivery of HR transformations,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 6 months experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce planning, or talent outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Advise clients on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop and implement HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with digital innovations like AI and automation.
• Lead HR operating model design and service delivery frameworks for clients.
