Job summary

Accenture's HR Reinvention practice is seeking an HR Reinvention Consultant to lead and shape how organizations approach HR in the digital age, delivering strategies that integrate AI, automation, and process optimization.

You will work with senior clients to design operating models, deliver value cases, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful execution of HR transformation programs across functions and regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 6 months experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce planning, or talent outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and advise on HR operating models, technology and transformation strategies.
• Develop and implement HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with digital innovations like AI, GenAI, and automation.
• Design new HR operating models and service delivery frameworks, including organization design and location strategy.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee experience through personalization, engagement, and alignment with culture.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of HR technologies, guiding vendor selection and RFP processes.
• Articulate how GenAI and other technologies can improve HR function and stay current with emerging trends.
• Oversee HR operations, shared services, outsourcing, and automated tools to drive efficiency and cost savings.
• Drive process optimization, automation initiatives, and end-to-end project delivery with timely, on-budget outcomes.
• Guide change management and stakeholder engagement to sustain transformation initiatives long-term.
