Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Reinvention Consultant to lead and shape HR reinvention projects that blend digital solutions, automation, and organizational optimization. You will work with clients to improve HR functions, enhance performance, and elevate employee experience through strategic, data-driven approaches.

You will leverage GenAI, automation, and modern HR tech to design operating models, value cases, and roadmaps that align HR with business goals. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 6 months experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce planning, or talent outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships with senior stakeholders and advise on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies.
• Develop HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with digital innovations like AI and automation.
• Design and implement new HR operating models, service delivery frameworks, and organization design.
• Guide change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption of new HR processes and tech.
