Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks an Executive Director of Product Management for Home Lending Product & Transformation. Lead the AI-powered Home Lending initiative, defining outcomes, partnering with engineering, design, and business leaders to deliver faster, automated experiences for Chase customers.

You will drive prototype-first delivery, establish clear roadmaps, and ensure scalable adoption of agentic solutions across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience with end-to-end ownership delivering outcomes.
• Hands-on experience building agentic, LLM-powered applications end-to-end (orchestration pipelines, prompts, RAG).
• Proven ability to build and scale agentic task-automation solutions that reduce cycle time and improve CSAT.
• Advanced product analytics capability with data-driven decision making; familiarity with AI concepts.
• 3+ years of hands-on with JIRA/JIRA Align for backlog management and agile delivery.
• UX and solution design experience; proficiency with Figma and process-mapping tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Raise the bar with a prototype-first delivery model using firm-approved tooling.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value at enterprise scale.
• Translate requirements into crisp functional specifications for engineering implementation.
• Design and deliver agentic experiences across multiple modalities and channels.
• Define agent operating boundaries and guardrails for predictable behavior.
• Establish prompt refinement and optimization practices to improve quality and latency.
• Own data/integration thinking end-to-end to ensure reliable solutions across systems.
• Lead discovery, usability testing, and rapid experiments to validate assumptions.
