Snowflake is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to transform ABM, paid media, and growth marketing through AI-enabled automation. You will partner with Marketing and Data teams to deploy scalable, data-driven solutions across hundreds of accounts.

The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years in Marketing Operations, hands-on Workato expertise, and strong Python/JS skills to build reliable automation and track KPI impact.

Competenze

• 4+ years of Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Hands-on, expert-level experience with Workato—building and maintaining recipes, API connectors, and error handling for marketing automation workflows.
• Proven track record applying AI or advanced automation to solve complex business problems, with practical AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering).
• Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript for building automation scripts and handling API requests.

Mansioni

• Streamline and optimize digital marketing, ABM, and growth marketing processes.
• Partner with Paid Media & ABM teams to co-develop the automation roadmap.
• Integrate AI APIs and automation tools to build intelligent workflows at scale.
• Design and maintain Workato-based automation recipes and integrations for lead routing and campaign operations.
• Define and track KPIs to measure AI and automation impact on pipeline and efficiency.
