Apaleo seeks a GTM Engineer, Marketing to shape an AI-native GTM stack. You will design agentic workflows with channel owners, automate campaign intelligence, and ensure reliable data connections across HubSpot, GA, and LinkedIn to drive measurable pipeline impact.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional marketing to turn insights into production-ready processes, balancing ambiguity with decisive execution in a fast-paced, international team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI-native marketing/GTM systems in B2B.
• Ability to tie technical decisions to commercial impact across demand and pipeline.
• Ability to map workflows and distinguish agentic vs deterministic steps.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an agentic architecture to support GTM workflows and campaigns.
• Build a campaign intelligence framework and real-time performance tracking.
• Audit and streamline marketing data flows across systems (HubSpot, GA, LinkedIn, etc.).
