• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience at a high-growth startup.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, or engagement.
• Fluency with varied Applicant Tracking Systems (Ashby preferred).
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proactive, flexible, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging AI tools to surface, engage, and attract top technical talent at scale.
• Use AI to sharpen every stage of the funnel, from drafting compelling outreach to mapping talent pools and identifying non-obvious candidates.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and updates.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
• Negotiate job offers and close candidates.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and refine processes, using AI to turn data into faster, smarter hiring decisions.
