Job summary

Gong is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to design, build, and ship AI-powered infrastructure, tools, and workflows end-to-end — from concept to production. You’re not simply configuring a no-code platform; you’re building systems on top of Gong's data foundation to drive productivity gains for revenue teams and customers.

For example, auto-drafting personalized outreach based on call activity insights. You will collaborate with internal Ops, Analytics, Product, and IT teams to ship production-grade AI

Qualifications

• Background in software / data engineering, data science, applied AI/ML, or technical consulting with hands-on delivery experience.
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI tools or workflows to production, not just building demos.
• Comfort building internal-facing tools focused on productivity for internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered infrastructure, workflows, and internal tools that increase productivity across GTM teams.
• Take initiatives from concept through production and continued iteration.
• Partner with Ops, Analytics, Product, and IT teams to support operational surfaces and data foundation.
• Identify friction and propose AI-driven solutions to eliminate it.
• Work with subject matter experts from field teams.
